Join us Tuesday, January 27th at 6:30 pm for a rich and plant-based pasta-making class featuring Vegetarian Agnolotti del Plin with caramelized onion and mushroom. In this class, you’ll learn to make Agnolotti del plin — a refined, Piedmont-style stuffed pasta — folded and pinched with traditional plin technique, filled with sweet caramelized onion and mushrooms.
We’ll pair the the tasting portion of thepasta with an aromatic brown butter sage, thyme, and mushroom sauce to enhance the deep, savoury filling.
