This class is an immersive experience where you can learn the secrets to making perfect tortelloni pasta from scratch, all while enjoying a fun and convivial atmosphere with fellow pasta enthusiasts.

During the class, our Executive Chef will guide you through the process of making fresh pasta dough, creating the perfect filling, and mastering the intricate art of shaping tortelloni pasta. You will learn how to prepare classic fillings such as ricotta and spinach, as well as more adventurous flavors. 


Our Executive Chef will share insider tips and tricks for achieving the perfect texture and flavor, and will answer any questions you may have along the way. You will be amazed at how easy it is to make tortelloni pasta with our expert guidance.
