In this class, you’ll learn to make spinach-infused tagliatelle ribbons — tender, green, and classic — paired with a slow-cooked, traditional bolognese that showcases layered soffritto, beef, pork, tomato, and time-tested Italian cucina tradition.
NOTE: You will not make the sauce, the sauce will be served to you with the sample portion of the dish at the end of the class.
