Originating from the island of Sardinia, Lorighittas are made by skillfully twisting strands of pasta into delicate ring shapes — a true labor of love and a celebration of Italian craftsmanship. During this hands-on class, you’ll learn the traditional technique for forming Lorighittas and enjoy them served with tomato and peperoncino.
