In this class, you’ll learn to make Caramelle, a playful, candy-shaped stuffed pasta filled with a creamy blend of ’nduja and ricotta — the perfect balance of heat, richness, and smoothness. We’ll pair the pasta with a vibrant pomodoro sauce, bringing out the spicy, smoky notes of the filling.
